Cooking Show 4th of July Edition - Part 2: Flag Cheesecake!

I've always wanted to make this flag dessert. I've seen a lot of different variations of it, and not all of them are cheesecake either, but this year I finally had the chance to make it happen and let me tell you - it was super easy to make and absolutely delicious!!! And for someone like me who at the moment is counting calories, it wasn't bad at all calorie wise! We all liked it and I'm glad I made it - next time (because yes, there will be a next time!) I will make sure the strawberries are sliced - not just halved - and they are all the same size or similar. Hahaha! Yes - my OCD was killing me!!!
