Copycat Zuppa Toscana From Olive Garden

We haven't been to Olive Garden in God knows how long, but recently I saw that one of my friends posted on Facebook that she made a copycat of their Zuppa Toscana so I was like "WHOA - that is literally my favorite soup from there, I gotta make it!" so I got the recipe from her and TA DAH! Here it is! Yes, I made some changes, and yes - I even had to look up a couple things that weren't specified in the recipe I got from Stephanie, but still, Jacob and I were both very satisfied with the results and I'm sharing here for y'all!
