Episode 5 of Our Cooking Show - Gor's Salsa!!!

I've been asked about Gor's salsa because I talk about it a lot, so we finally made a video of making it. Gor - my dad - has been making his salsa since I can remember. If I have to think back to a specific time, I'd say mid 90s when we lived on Griner St in Del Rio. There was a time when he would "cook" the salsa after it was done blending, but now he doesn't. I don't know when or why that changed, but I make the salsa now as he tells me, and it doesn't include the cooking part. This is a super easy green salsa to make and it's pretty spicy, but you can adjust that to your liking. I hope y'all enjoy - and I hope I did my daddy proud!
