Instant Pot Air Fryer?! Whaaa???

When the Instant Pot was all everyone talked about, I borrowed Rachel's and fell in love! Soon she wanted it back (how dare she!) but my dear Licia and Ciara came through with my very own Instant Pot as my graduation present - yay!!! Not long after that, air fryers were the next best thing, and of course I wanted one too, so lo and behold, my BFF Johey gifted me my very own as my birthday present - double yay!!!

This was over two years ago now, and while I still very much use both of them, the air fryer had gotten a lot more wear and tear than the Instant Pot, so Jacob and I considered replacing it (hello Quarantine Presents!). Then, while talking about a new air fryer, Jess mentioned that the Instant Pot has a lid that converts the Instant Pot into an air fryer. Whaaa??? Two appliances in one?! For someone without a lot of counter space, this was literally the best thing ever! So, our most recent Quarantine Present is the Instant Pot Air Fryer Lid and let me tell you, we absolutely love it!

Here's a video of me using it for the first time to make breakfast potatoes. They came out crispy and delicious, and I cannot wait to cook more stuff in it! Ooh! Wings anyone?! ;-)
