Steam Baked Muffins!

So this past weekend we went backpacking with the Gerskis in Catalina Island. It was a fun weekend that involved about 16 miles of hiking with a pack weighing about 30ish lbs, and we celebrated by having muffins steam baked in the JetBoil! How do you do that, you ask? Well, watch our video and find out! Jess walked me through the entire process and it's actually not difficult at all!
